  • How can I place an order? See the step-by-step instructions on the "How to place order" page.
  • What kind of paper will my reprint be printed on? All our reprints are printed on 60-lb. glossy paper.
  • Can I have color reprints? Yes, all reprints and eprints can be offered in color; or if preferred, color articles can be converted to black & white for all journals with the following exceptions: The Lancet and all specialty journals of The Lancet, Annals of Oncology, Blood and Blood Advances.
  • What is the standard delivery time? Reprint orders are dispatched within 2-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. ePrint orders are dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Faster turnaround is available for an additional fee, except when translations have been requested; rush deliveries cannot be offered for translated orders at this time.
  • What are the costs? The cost is calculated based on the number of pages in the article, color or black and white printing, and the quantity of reprints ordered. There are additional options available, some of which may incur extra fees.
  • Is there a minimum order? Reprints require a minimum order of 100 copies. ePrints require a minimum of 100 views (accesses), unless the 1-year unlimited option has been selected.
  • I need a code on my reprints: can this be done? Yes, we can print your code on the last page of the reprint. This is can be found within the Additional Options tab (Corporate/Product Code).
  • Can my company logo be added? Yes, in most cases, a corporate logo is permissible. The logo will be printed on the outside back cover. Product logos are not permitted. This can be found within the Additional Options tab (Corporate Logo).
  • Can I buy a PDF for electronic distribution? We offer electronic reprints (ePrints) that can be distributed electronically. If you need a PDF for offline use, we suggest that you opt for the "Download and Print enabled" option of the ePrint.
